Refund Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing

At JasznFX, we specialise in digital products including trading indicators, automated tools, detectors, software licenses, mentorship material, and educational content.

We stand behind our products. Every Spike Detector license comes with a setup guarantee — if we can’t get the product working on your account, you get a full refund.

Setup Guarantee

If your Spike Detector license cannot be activated or installed on your Deriv account, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided:

  • You have allowed our support team a reasonable opportunity to assist with installation and licensing
  • The issue is not caused by user error, incorrect platform setup, or unsupported broker configurations
  • The license is returned and revoked upon refund

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact our support team. We will work with you to either resolve the issue or process the refund.

This is our promise: if we cannot get you set up, you do not pay. Simple as that.
Digital Product Policy

Outside of the Setup Guarantee above, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, licensed, or accessed. This applies to:

  • Trading indicators
  • Spike detectors
  • Bots and automated tools
  • Software licenses
  • Installation files
  • Educational videos and mentorship material
  • PDF guides and other downloadable content

Once a digital product has been accessed or used, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense. The Setup Guarantee is the only refund pathway available.

Trial Payments

Any paid trial or testing fee is considered a service fee. Trial payments may be deducted from the final purchase amount where applicable, but are otherwise non-refundable.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
  • Lack of trading profitability or losses incurred while using the product
  • User error or failure to follow provided installation instructions
  • Platform incompatibility caused by customer device, operating system, or broker settings
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the product after activation
  • Issues that the customer has not allowed our support team an opportunity to resolve
Chargebacks

Unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks will be treated as fraud. JasznFX reserves the right to:

  • Immediately revoke all licenses and access associated with the account
  • Permanently ban the customer from future purchases
  • Provide full evidence of delivery, communication history, and product usage to payment processors and financial institutions

Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the Setup Guarantee:

    Contact our support team at support@blue-fx.co.za with your order number
  2. 2
    Allow our team reasonable time to assist with installation or licensing
  3. 3
    If the issue cannot be resolved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
  4. 4
    Your license will be revoked from your Deriv account upon refund
